We know everyone has a busy schedule, and work hours don’t always line up with open house dates, so we have set up a process so that you can sign out keys to the house so you can inspect everything at your schedule without a manager over your shoulder or a house full of other potential renters.
- It allows you to take your time.
- Check out your future home at your leisure.
- Imagine where you’ll put your furniture, sofa, kitchen table etc.
- Check out the yard and the neighborhood.
- This might be YOUR HOME!
Here’s how the process works to sign out a key.
- Fill out a “Key Sign Out Form” and verify your identity.
- Pay a $100 refundable key deposit when you pick up the key.
- Return the key within 24 hours for a total return of your key deposit.
It’s really that simple! But we certainly do not want to waste your time or ours, so please make sure you can reply yes to the questions below before signing out a key or submitting an application.
- Do you make at least 2 1/2 times the rent each month?
- Do you have a favorable rental history?
