Group is made up of several real estate
professionals in Louisville KY who specialize in
providing several real estate services including
Property Maintenance, Property Sales,
Our network of professionals includes
Realtors, Licensed Contractors, Real Estate
Attorneys, Investors, Leasing Consultants,
Maintenance and Book Keeping Administrators.
We also buy houses in the Louisville
area. We normally make offers on properties that
need work or would make good rentals. No house
to ugly as our team of contractors will do a
complete remodel on them before we rent them
out.

William Davis is the owner of the
Loufy Real Estate Group, he has been dealing
with real estate for the last 15 years and
currently owns 7 rental properties himself. Mr
Davis is always looking to add properties or
help people find the perfect property to rent or
own. He had been working with his father in the
real estate business since 1988 and teaching his
own son how to remodel for the last several
years. |

George Davis is the lead General
Contractor for the Loufy Real Estate Group. He
has been a contractor for over 40 years
specializing in exterior siding, trim, windows &
doors. With that much experience comes
knowledge to make sure all work is done to
expectation and perfection. Working with his son
and grandson in the real estate business that
has evolved into a family oriented venture of 3
generations. |
